Karen Taylor has been affiliated with the TIE Organization since 1993 when she facilitated the TEC-RAM grant ( a Federal Technology Challenge Grant) for the Aberdeen School District. After teaching 5th grade reading, math, and science and acting as Instructional Technology Coordinator for 22 years, Karen retired from the Aberdeen School District in 2005 to take a full time position with TIE as an Educational Technology Specialist. Karen has a BS in Elementary Education and an MS in Classroom Teaching.
